Offline Mode Issue in Nokia Mobile Phone

Many Nokia Mobile Phone users would have face this issue. Mobile Phone going to offline mode automatically and doesn’t respond to come back online mode. Finally found a solution for this issue.

Mobile Phone with Memory Card

  1. Remove the SIM card and check in some other mobile phone, whether the SIM is active.
    1. If the SIM card is not active and not working, check with the network operator and get the SIM card replaced.
    2. If the SIM card is working then
      1. Remove the Memory Card and restart the phone. If the Mobile Phone works, then the memory card is affected by VIRUS.
      2. If the mobile phone doesn’t work after removing the memory card, then please do hard reset for your mobile phone. If you are not sure how to reset your mobile, provide to nearby service center and do hard reset.

Mobile Phone without Memory Card

  1. Remove the SIM card and check in some other mobile phone, whether the SIM is active.
    1. If the SIM is not active and not working, check with the network operator and get the SIM card replaced.
    2. If the SIM is working, then please do hard reset for your mobile phone. If you are not sure how to reset your mobile, provide to nearby service center and do hard reset.
