Thailand – They export up to 9.8 million tons of rice a year.

Malaysia – This country involves rice cultivation and at times, they import rice from Vietnam and Thailand.

Singapore – Indian exports 30% rice to Singapore.

New Zealand – This country produces 1.9 billion tons of rice a year.

Australia – In the period of 2010 – 2011, 65,000 tons of rice were exported to the neighboring countries.
