The new address for the national centre of Swiss tennis will be No 1, Alleè Roger Federer, Biel. The street leading to the play area is named after the 17-time Grand Slam champion and inaugurated by the champion himself.
Present along with Federer were Swiss tennis president Renè Stammbach and Mayor Erich Fehr. “I am moved. I hope that we will see future champions on Alleè Roger Federer” said Federer while addressing the gathering that consisted of 1500 people.
